To prevent crowding from the expected influx of people accessing the national park this weekend there is a temporary one-way system in place on the access roads.
The roads from the South, Los Cristiano and Chio are to operate as normal, however, from La Orotava, it is only possible to enter the park with the exit being the TF-24 through la esperanza.
This one-way system also ensures that one lane of the road will be open for emergency vehicles to access and exit the park un, interrupted.
These measures will remain in place through to Wednesday 17th at 10am.
