I have begun building a database of Spanish words with their English Translations which will be randomly selected and displayed on the homepage.
The other day I was thinking to myself it would be a nice feature to include on the website a Spanish word of the day as I don't see other news/blog websites with a feature like this.
It is rather simple and helps us all learn new words that we might not have previously known. So far I have included 20 words and each day I need to add more. I am going to start simple, using household objects as my first source of inspiration as they are easier to translate.
Maybe when I feel more confident I will then begin on the harder stuff like verbs. Because verbs in Spanish are not simple, they change all the time depending on the tense and who you are referring to as just two examples.
