Lanzarote Alert Level Lowered Down to Level Three.

The remainder of the islands stay at the same alert levels. Tenerife, Gran Canaria at Level 2 and La Palma, La Gomera & El Hierro at Level 1.

Due to the pressure on hospitals within the island of Lanzarote and La Graciosa finally reducing a little the government has finally decided to lower the alert level from 4 to 3. Bars, Restaurants and other amenities will finally be able to remain open to 10pm when the curfew will start. 

Additionally, the Government have also decided to place a formal curfew on alert level one, therefore from midnight to 6am people will be restricted in their movements. 

However, the government now have fallen out of a regular weekly update cycle, becoming a bit haphazard at the moment, whereas before we would see an update on Thursday and implemented on Monday. 

The new days for updates are as follows:

Tenerife: March 7th.

Gran Canaria: March 4th.

Fuerteventura: March 4th.

Lanzarote: March 8th.

La Palma, La Gomera & El Hierro: March 4th.
