Jet2 Expects to Carry Two Million British Tourists to the Canary Islands in Summer.

The tour operator has already confirmed 47 percent more reservations for travel this summer compared to last year.

Between the beginning of July through to the end of August, Jet2 have said they expect to move some two million passengers to the Canary Islands. These are the figures of which the CEO, Steve Heapy, presented to the President of the Canary Islands this Friday. 

With everything looking to fall in place for a return to tourism this summer and exciting figures coming from Jet2 and other tour operators, it's looking like the Canary Islands are going to be a big benefactor of this growth.
