The Canary Government has updated the regulations for table capacities inside establishments at differing alert levels.
To add to the myriad of regulations which can sometimes be confusing the Government have updated the guidelines for restricted capacities of groups inside, and I cannot stress it enough, inside, catering establishments and bars.
It took me a while to read through the BOC for the updated measures and I can confirm the new capacities will be the following:
Alert Level 1: Indoor capacity 75% with group size of 6per table and 4 at the bar.
Alert Level 2: Indoor capacity 50% with group size of 4 and only 2 at the bar.
Alert Levels 3 & 4 Service indoors is prohibited as well as clients sitting at the bar.

The following specific capacity, occupancy and schedule requirements will be met, depending on the alert level established for each territory as provided in section 2.1.13:
a) Up to alert level 1, it will not be possible to exceed 75% of the authorized capacity in interior spaces. The maximum occupancy per table or table group will be 10 people outdoors and 6 indoors, and 4 groups of customers in the bar. The complete closure of the establishments is established before 00:00 h. "
b) At alert level 2, 75% of the authorized capacity in outdoor terraces and 50% in indoor spaces may not be exceeded. The maximum occupancy per table or group of tables will be 6 people outdoors and 4 indoors, and 2 per group of customers at the bar. The buffet or self-service service cannot be provided indoors. Establishments are fully closed before 11pm.
c) At alert level 3, it will not be possible to exceed 50% of the authorized capacity in outdoor terraces, being forbidden the service in interior areas. The maximum occupancy per table or group of tables will be 4 people, and consumption at the bar is prohibited. The buffet or self-service service cannot be provided indoors. The complete closure of the establishments is established before 10 pm. The collection service may be provided at the premises itself and the home delivery as set forth in section 3.2.3.h).
d) At alert level 4, the measures indicated for alert level 3 above will be complied with, except for the full closing time of the establishments that is established for alert level 4, before 6:00 p.m. The collection service may be provided at the premises itself and the home delivery as set out in section 3.2.3.h), in which case the complete closure of the establishments is established before 22:00.
